    Hi Folks

    Went to above m/c Ser No 41171917 and wire had burnt off main motor connector block (harness end) – can you get the connector block(7 pin) and looks like a new type crimp tool required as this looks a new design and old crimp tool dosn’t fit.. If so any idea of part no’s

    Looked on Connect Mediator looks like wiring harness required but not sure (another way to make a simple job complicated!) :rolls:

    Harness Motor/pump is part No: 1604598.

    Had a couple of broken wires in these type of connecting blocks recently, usually just improvise with the tools to hand to refit the wire into the block. 😉

    The rast plug from the older mahines fit in perfect if i’m stuck i use the plug from the 1604796 digital fix kit.

    Thanks for replies guys..

    Needs new block as wire burnt off. Can’t get old piece out as burnt in + even if I could would only be temp repair as burnt off connection would prob overheat again in a couple of months..

    Looks like wiring harness special order at Connect so might try old type connector block..

    1604796 comes up as a heater box seal on Partfinder johnnyj, 😕

    Went back today and fitted ftp connector 1604976.. had to shave off locating pegs but good fit and done the job.. 😀
