    Hello
I wondered if someone could please help.
I have an intergrated Schreiber fridge freezer, and a couple of weeks ago, the ice within the freezer section started to melt. The ice had become quite thick, I must admit. I defrosted the freezer, but now the freezer no longer working. (The fridge continues to work).
There are three lights at the top of the freezer – the only one that is lit up permanently is the Red Warning Neon sign. According to my instruction manual, it should be on continuously. It is only supposed to be On until the freezer has reached its working temperature.
Meanwhile, the Green Mains light is not lit up. But I dont know where the mains connection is located.

What should I do? I moved into my flat two years ago. I think the appliance was purchased from MFI and the warranty has run out. On mY instruction manual, there is a number but it is permanently engaged. (o345 959 722).

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Tina

There is a new phone number which I found elsewhere on this forum for MFI products.

    08457 959722

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the number.

Meanwhile, I have looked at the freezer and the only code I can find on it is APM 6221. I also found some paperwork from MFI relating to the Freezer and it is described as a Hygena freezer 6221.

    Does this help?
