I used to be an agent for Teka Kuppersbusch. We gave them notice about 5 years ago due to poor rates, slow payment and lack of training. Haven’t done any work since.
All at once we have started to receive calls from them by fax. We have been sending the faxes back, and they have still persisted.
Reason for this posting, what are they like these days? Have they improved etc.
Alex, No change as far as I am concerned. I am considering giving them the elbow.

I regularly get invoices for parts sent to other agents yet invoiced to me and the resulting statement and overdue account letters, despite phone calls and letters complaining it all gets cleared then starts up again. Have not done a warranty job for them in 2 years or so!
