    just booked this job in sounds like the drum doors have opened inside tub.any suggestions for realease . thanks dave

    It was a different machine, but the last top loader that I had with this problem, I was able to get some access through the heater oriffice.

    It may allow you to get a tool of some discription in to help turn the drum.

    If it has clothes in it, you might be able to get the clothes out through the holes under the lifter.

    Amazingly I managed to get a whole pair of jeans through the holes 😯

    just a quick note…

    thats a blomberg machine

    tip? if u can see th bottom of the paddle, undo the screw, push paddle into drum… that allows u then to use an unfolded wire coat hanger to close the doors from the INSIDE

    done a few of them

    hi thanks for the input bob and helo 75 .job completed today took the heater out and pulled some clothes thro heater hole enabling the closure of drum
