    Hi all, I have tried to extract the pump filter to clean it on this machine, but having rotated it about a quarter turn it then refuses to budge any further though water dribbles out, I cannot turn it further or release it. Any Advice would be gratefully received.

    The filter is being jammed by the foreign object which you are looking for. Use the little drain tube to drain out all the water. Rocking the machine vigourously may shift the object. If not, you’re looking at dropping the pump and removing the hoses to clear it.

    Power off, of course.
