    The light cover inside the drier has come off – looks a little damaged. Can I easily get a new one? I’ve removed the light bulb as that packed up yesterday too – without the light cover, can I safely use the drier? Also, is it possible to get a new cover and fit it myself?

    Cover is p/no 154146 – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for ordering. Bulb is supposed to be user servicable, so you shoud be able to fit it.

    Cant recommend you use it as it is – you have an exposed electrical connection, which is live when the door is open.

    Thanks loads. I’ll order it this weekend. Bulb came out like any other normal household bulb! Even being a girl I could work that one out without having to RTFM 😉
