    bosch exxcel cant find model no, only no. on back 560041012 tried new pump, i dont do much with d/w’s i am glad to say any help appreciated

    Good heavens! Not much to go on here? You don’t know the model number but you happened to have a pump on the van eh? I’m intrigued… 😉

    Does the pump work or just dead? Have you got 240 to the terminals? drain hose etc OK is it?
