Might as well..
Yet another call from samsung call centre :
Them : can you please give us a repair history for ” mrs customer “
Us : yes we can once a pro forma invoice has been paid.
Them : Your going t charge us for giving us these details ?
Us : Yes.. how would you like to pay ?
Them : Erm why cant you just give us the details ?
Us : co’s it costs me money to spend time looking for the job sheets that you already have the details for and i’m not doing it for nothing.
Them : But we don’t have access to GSPN .
Us : Not my problem,your company designed a system that senior staff cant get information from so pay up or go away.
Them : Well so your refusing to give us the information then.
Us :Nope but your gonna have to pay for the time.
Them : were not doing that.

Hmm
How may YEARS does it take for samsung to realise that they need to keep the RS21 evap covers in stock.. Yet again for the past god knows how many past years they are NIL stock and none available.
Good news i’ve still got excess of 500 in stock.It’s called forward thinking samsung..

Us : Bye.ha ha had the same phone call from beko , we have had no response from you, regarding fridgefreezer recall 2000 to 2006 , this was way before press release by the way ..
Sorry we do not have the time or rescouces to do this ,
is it not on computer , no all hand written do you want and come and look for your selves , sorry we dont have the time and rescouces , GOOD BYE THEN …. :rotfl: :offtopic: -
