Going to one of these WP machines later in the week, complaint of not draining. Customer said he could’t find a filter an as have not seen one before was wondering if the front comes off as per most WP machines.

The panel below the door comes off for access to the pump, 3 x 7mm screws on the bottom edge of the panel. Easy machine to work on.

Don’t remember the model numbers any more, is the “Dreamspace” machine?
If it is then I should have a manual for it somewhere.

Called back today, Found problem to be a leak into the base which was throwing up a fault code, F3 I think. The problem was caused by a small fill hose attached to to the top of the door seal which had pulled out and caused the base to flood. First washer I have come across with a flood protection switch in the base and was very impressed with the machine overall, The customer told me that the poor Comet guys who delivered and installed the machine took 2 hours trying to work how to fit the very large machine on to the drawer unit, and in the end he had to suggest they layed the machine on it side and then attach the drawer unit first. apparently they left muttering !Never Again!

Proper Bauknechts used to have an “exploding sponge” cut off for leaks……..

Its a pity that Idipoo dishwashers don,t have a Exploding Sponge! Would save me and my customers a lot of trouble. 😆 😆
