Congratulations Jim. What’s your secret. Do you sell through a retail outlet or to BER customers?

I don’t ‘sell’ any. 😉 I work hand in glove with a local retailer that I have had close contact with for many years. I didn’t want to sell, it would have pushed me back into VAT,something I escaped from about 4 years ago after 15 years of the thankless task of collecting the government’s taxes for them at no reward to myself. I would have had to invest in a van, arrange storage and deliveries, I just don’t have the time for that.
The machines mainly go to BER customers, after 28 years on my own, there are a lot of them out there. Star Supplies, my partners in this venture have had 2 or 3 virgin sales, the rest are all down to people trusting my advice, I always tell them that mid range Bosch etc are also good buys but for some strange reason most of them still want to see my ugly mug if anything goes wrong. Had I not been of an age where I really should be slowing down a little I could have made a real effort to promote the ISE. 😀

Jim,
Thank you for your birthday greetings
It’s been the scariest year of my carheer. To bring a new product to a saturated market makes you question year sanity.
But working with people geniune people like you make it worth it.
We will be enternally greatfull to all the agents who have pushed the machine in year one, in many cases on nothing more than blind faith. They have allowed us to establish a base from which (with continued support) we can really push forward, thus generating funds which Ukwhitewgoods can re-direct into further the cause of the indipendant service agent.
See you Friday
John
