I have a Haier Dishwasher that will not empty. It is a Haier WQP4-2000N/S. I have a feeling the impeller is stuck or has become dislodged, the machine makes a hum when trying to empty indicating the motor is trying to work but nothing happens, can anyone advise?

    Hi
Yes it sounds jammed or faulty. You will have to remove pump and look for debris.

    Power off before attempting :plug:

Fair warning Jelly, these machines are an absolute pig to work on. 😉

If you do a search for Haier or Midea on the forum you’ll get a sense of what we think.

Cheers to all who gave advice. Spent 5 hours buggering about with it but the impeller’s magnetic core had tons of grease round it preventing it from turning. had a bit of a leak first time round but working perfectly now. Thanks again Jellyhammer
