ParticipantHi,
The customer complained of machine not filling and the progamme times being erratic.
I switched the machine on and it emptyed ok and then filled and heated ok.
The customer said the `quick wash – 35C` usually indicates 30mins – it is now indicating 75 mins and the other three types of wash only a few minutes more than that in incriments of 3-4 mins.
I can reset the machine but will always show these times.
Does this point to the control module?
Thanks
Laurence

Hi
It points to the turbidity sensor area.
The sensor manifold could be gunged up because they don’t rinse the plates or the turbidity sensor unit is faulty (never had that happen) or faulty module.
If it was my call I would give it a few good hot washes with some detergent.
It wouldn’t do any harm to check the usual clear ribbed pipe aswell at the front for gunge.Greg

without checking too deeply on the model , it could be one of the machines that starts the next cycle at the same length of time it took the last cycle to finish 😯 . If for any reason the previous ‘quick-wash’ time was extended ( i.e no heating due to lack of water or open circuit heater ) that could explain the extended time – Do a quick wash , checking the start time and then the actual length of cycle – it may reset itself

Hi,
This was a model that took the time of its present wash from the previous wash.
The initial complaint was that it would not fill so machine obviously took the time for the next wash from when the machine was switched off.
The original fault has not re-occured and the times are now back to normal.
Thanks for everyones input.
