:eeek: i have a customer with the above candy cn100t serial no 31000216 0306 0500 which she uses on programe 4 nobn fast colours, if the machine has stood un used for a few hours it behaves perfectly but if it has just been used then you do another wash as it finishes the rinse cycle it then clicks around the dial 30 times to the spin cycle and then goes through that ok? it completes this fine and the power light stays on with no deveiation even when it clicks around, i dont think the machine has any faults from the tests i have carried out, but the customer wants to know what it is as its only just started to happen! any ideas please?

Or programmer do not find next value that should be for next step on program. 😮
So in order to explain: if he finish wash subprogram he moves program to next “X” position (value who should be that for first rinse). Case in which he can not find it he clocks arround until he finds it. That happen when programmer is dirty (even condens) or time to change it. 😉
