indesit W161 1600 spin

since a repair man replaced all the internals and didn’t fix the wire loom at the back leading to the motor i was finding wires where breaking especially at the motor end. i fixed this problem with a cable tie.
now yesterday the machine smelt of an electrical burning smell , i looked in the back and one of the red live wires from the loom going to the motor had come away so i fixed that , today a load was put on and we went out when we got back the dial was clicking round and the red light flashed slowly twice , i turn of the machine had a look inside again couldn’t find anything , turned it back on and it worked but when it came to the spin it at the end it stopped and now nothing ive switched it off and reset it and nothing…. any ideas ?
