    Zanussi Frost Free F/F ZX55/4 (925887651/02)
    I went to this one today evaporator completly blocked up with ice but the drip tray and hole all clear, the heater on this type is only in contact with the base of evaporator and heater drip tray, so how is this suppose to defrost properly. Any known faults with this type.

    Just had similar to this with a Zanussi. Checked that defrost heater was actually working, changed defrost timer after a total defrost of the machine and it seems to have cured the problem.

    Just checked on tds looks like they have modification showing two heaters now but how are they connected.
