    Hi all,
    Recently I have noticed soap marks on some of my clothes.
    I wondered if maybe the water wasn’t heating? I noticed that the glass on the door never seems to be warm, but maybe that isn’t an ideal indicator? What is the best way to check?

    Could it be something else, e.g. there isn’t enough water getting into the machine?

    It does completes the cycle okay.

    The machine is about 5 years old, does a wash about once every 2 weeks.

    Soap marks may be related to heat, but also to poor draining. Check the filter first. Worth running a service wash (90c, longest wash, bio powder) – you’ll definitely find out if it heats or not!.
