Do any of you know the last version release date of this application ? The last version I saw was around May 2005 but there must have been updates:
Also for those of you with Sios could you look up Part No : 4812 276 18309 and if Sios shows a wiring modification for this part. The Sios I have been looking at does not show this part or the Mod and I need to get a copy of the Mod please. It relates to the change in the start switch.

The part number is on my version of sios which is also out of date but I don’t know which version of the switch you will get as there have been three different ones used on this range of dryers to my knowledge.
Good news is you can make them all fit.
I usually throw away the instruction sheet that comes with it and work it out for myself.
Loads of wires left over when finished.Steve

Obvisouly you have fitted this mod previously, We got the part no which I posted above. The mod sheet that came with the part was of such poor quality that it made very little sense especially consdering the amount of wires that come bundled with it.
Even using Sios and the wiring chart for the model it made little sense as there is no wiring key for the components listed on the mod sheet.
We managed to complete the job by following the terminal numbers listed on the actual wires and that worked.
In all honesty if you or anyone else has done this particular job would you say that by purely using the enclosed mod sheet that the sheet enables one to do the job ? without assistance from elsewhere.
