ParticipantBosch dishwasher srs43e02gb/18 type sd13g1b.
The times shown on the programmer have changed. On the usual cycle ie ECO it has changed to 199 but it remains at that. On Auto cycle the timer jumps around from high to low times. The Quick cycle still seems to be working and runs down from 27 minutes.
Do I need to buy a new timer/programmmer or is there another fault that I need to know about before I spend some money?
Thanks, Omarpeter.March 17, 2007 at 2:44 pm #208108gegsy

Hi Greg,
I did a search on bosch but found nothing relating to this problem. Perhaps I am doing it wrong.
Can you give me any more information.

Check two things first.
1) Do you have circulation through the top rotor?
2) Does the machine heat the water (Wait for the thump of the soap dispenser opening and then give it 10 minutes)?Regards,

Hi
If you have checked what Penguin45 said then with the power off, I would be looking at a bad joint on the power board of the pcb module in the door. Imsure there oodles of posts about that 😀Greg

I have checked now, the top rotor is working and the water is heating.
On the Eco setting, the machine seems to go through it’s cycle but the clock is stuck on 199. I haven’t waited long enough to see if it continues to operate for ever!
Any information gratefully accepted.
