Hi.
The door on the above model springs shut and will only remain horizontal if weighted (dishes placed on tray whilst open). I have had this problem since new.
I have relaxed the two tension adjustment screws at the top of the dishwasher until they come loose (although remaining attached to the tension cables) but still the door springs shut.
Any ideas on how to correct much appreciated.
