Having spent some time looking at the above machine it would appear that the motor on the front right hand side of the machine has burnt out – but I can’t see how to get the motor out – It appears to be in a large plastic tray with no visable way of getting in to it, Ive removed the front kickplate and metal tray.

    can anyone please advise

    many thanks

    Andy

Word of caution before you try Andy, the motors are far too expensive to replace, usually making the machine BER. 🙁

I take it you’ve not done BSH dishwashers before then? You need to remove the side panels, unhook the door from its hinges, remove the tub and lift it clear in order to access the motor and heater area in the base. Tricky but easy once you’ve done a couple…best of luck! 🙂

P/no 267773 – £109.51 – plus VAT + P&P if you’re going to have a go. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to get one for you promptly.
