AEG D/W 40850 Won’t Heat

Went to an AEG DW last night – model F40850, PNc 911 232 632 01. Not heating water on any pgm.

Heater (the tube type, like Hpt use) is fine but no voltage getting to it. The machine is completing all programs OK (not hanging up waiting to reach correct temp).

I’d guess a PCB fault like a dry joint on a relay, (like the older Bosch boards) or a thermostat fault (couldn’t find one – must be there somewhere!). Not looked at PCB yet, as it was getting late.

Any advice welcome, also are there any diags. I can run on this machine?
