SERVIS M9409

    Hi guys been out to this m/c today for no spin, the motor is buzzing slightly and when i tried to help it on it made no diff, my queistion is could this be motor module or both cheers Paul

    Is this a private job or an agency job? If its an agency job go tooled up with both a module and motor (brushes are not available from Servis) if its a private job go with brushes sourced elsewhere and a module. Motor part number 512005700, Module two available 546013200 and 546023400. It might pay you to have a heater too as these sometimes won’t spin if the heater is o/c

    I think its a brushless motor on this model. Have you tried changing the starter capacitor? Normally 20 mF.

    It is a brushless motor and i tried to help it to spin by hand proving cap

    Sorry there are two motors supplied with this machine depending on serial number – guess that would explain the two modules.
