    I just realised im still awaiting a credit from Connections going back to a returns note dated 22/08/06 £41.49p!

    Can anyone beat that? or is it the record….LOL

    Servis U.K. September 1999.

    Still have the credit note, but they never entered it on the statement.

    They ignored all communication, and eventually I gave up.
