    The pre-wash and start button are flashing 3 times, have any of you washing machine experts got any ideas on what the fault could be ❓

    the wire on the thermistors probably broken off at the spade end.. its a ‘no heat’ fault

    Thanks for the advice but last night i decided to have a look and took the hose off which comes from the drum and attaches to the pump and found one of my 2 year olds sons socks stuck in there – removed the sock, put hose back on and it now works like new 😀
