Hi — Customer said while she was using the rear l/h/s plate the display light (21″ flo tube) started to flicker then went off all of a sudden. Since then the light hasn’t worked but the machine itself works fine. I didn’t have a tube to try so took the old one out to match it up at the office. During the day she has rung up saying that since I’ve left the cooling fan motor has been running all the time.
Could the tube going (if it has) have caused a fault with a PCB maybe or by taking out of curcuit could have caused this motor to run all the time ??
ANY IDEAS !!! Brett
