Hello all
WFL2000UK/01
My w/m ends each cycle without draining, but the ‘end’ light is on
Suspect drain pump blockage or failure, but can’t get at it. I can unscrew the black plastic cover but as I pull it away there’s a click and the white bit behind stays where it is. It won’t pull out with (gentle) traction using long nosed pliers.
Anyone got any ideas?

Yes, i had one just the same a day or two ago….the only safe way to remove the filter without damaging it is to remove the complete pump, separate the filter chamber from it and push it out from the ‘inside’ end.
Don’t forget to unplug before you do anything :zap:
