    havent been yet but customer states e30 fault…
    any ideas…

    plus her aeg microwave starts > counts down, beeps to says finished ,
    but no heat and no turntable movement,,,

    sorry no models as yet..just trying to get a heads -up b4 i go

    Re boot the microwave (un plug and then re connect) often it works, dont ask me why.

    The E30 group of codes relate to water level control problems (as per Error Codes sticky above). You will need to access diagnostics to get nearer the truth.

    HI CHRIS

    sorry for late reply, how do you enter diag,
    the appliance does fill 1st time you put it on, and seems to run as normal,
    tried it on a 38 min prog, whilst checking m/wave. it appeared to be running normal, but when i opened door with about 15 mins to go there was a lot of heat and no water,
    any ideas
