ParticipantHi Guys,
I have a Bosch Dishwasher, but can’t find the Part # anywhere. It’s nowhere to be found on the machine.
Anyway its the one with Four Setting selected by a Dial on the right, start in and start / reset buttons also on the right. 600mm wide, the machine is 4 years old.Last night the machine did not empty after the cycle. So I looked at the pump filter, which was fine. So I removed the back and RHS panel, checked that the pump turned which it did. I then checked with a volt meter the supply to the Pump, Nothing there Should be 230 VAC.
I then tested the Float switch and Read switch which where both fine.
So I took a look at the electronics, I by-passed the relay contact and the pump runs fine. So there is nothing wrong with the pump. There is no voltage on the relay coil, So either the electronics is faulty, or something else is not giving the correct signal.
Can someone help, I need to know what else gives a signal to the PCB to run the PUMP.
Thanks In Advance
Nick Saunders

check on the top edge of the inner door for the model number (ENr ) It will probably be laser etched onto this top edge but can be difficult to see

This is a basic question but have you checked your outlet pipe ? These are often good places for a big build up of gunge which will stop your dishwasher from draining

Hi Paul,
Would that Stop the Pump running at all? There is no Voltage on the pump at any time. I can Bypass the relay and the pump runs.I’ll check

It does indeed, except perhaps it might be an SGS4342UK/01 maybe?
If you have to short the relay on the PCB then the PCB is at fault. 😉

Yep is an SGS 43 A 42 UK /01
So where do I get a PCB from? Does anyone know the part # for the PCB?
Cheers

P/no 489493, £76.14 plus gubbins. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for confirmed prices and ordering.
Be absolutely sure that this what you want, as it won’t be returnable under any circumstances!
