    Hi all, any ideas on this one, i have to go on a call to a Zanussi fjs 1225w customer says that some times it will reset itself and she has to push the start button again, she says that she does not have to set the program up again just push start! it may happen several times on the same wash some times will go right through with no probs

    Is it in a garage?…..just a thought as edge connectors on facia PCB get corroded and cause some strange faults…..clean and test….or door interlock….

    Thanks for the replies, no its in the kitchen, will check facia board, I would have thought if it was a door interlock you would have to reset program?

    Allan,
    can be many possible errors… you need to get in service mode in order to know which one is…
    Today I’ve had one E33 with same simptom…
