    never seen one off these before, m/c is on contract. cust noticed that on a cotton 60 degree wash the timer starts at 2hrs comes gently down to 1hr 45mins then the first of 3 wash lights go out and it skips to 1hr 10 then goes merrily on its way. is this just the sensors adjusting the wash time ,or are we in trouble.the other thing she is on about is the garments are coming out soapy.she is using fairy soap powder?.help would be welcome.cheers m

    I *think* there’s a problem with the water level control system – level one on p/sw may not be functioning correctly. Not sure though……
