Hotpoint RFA70 Fridge Freezer

Over the past few days the high temperature warning light has come on for the freezer. It seemed to happen at the same time every day (between 4-6pm). I wondered if it was because the freezer needed defrosting, so defrosted it yesterday. After two hours on fast freeze it was working as normal and freezing up nicely. However once again at 4pm the light came on again, this time it has stayed on and food in the top 2 drawers has started to defrost. The fast freeze has been on the whole time, but doesn’t appear to be working.

Any idea of what the problem might be? It’s 3 years old.

If I need to call and engineer (which I am thinking I do!) what is the average call out cost?
