    D.E FAULT,
    customer has changed door lock, but still getting DE FAULT,
    any ideas..

    hi ally

    remove the door trim and you will find that the door latch pin has risen upwards and out of its bottom hole dont know why it does it but it does refit and your problem is gone. 😉
