    need a grill element for this any ideas where

    rang tecnik in manchester they gave me appliance care but the must finish early on friday ( wish i could) and they dont mention tecnik on their website

    It depends which version it is, you really need the VIB number from the rating plate, the BSH site recognises those.

    TKC215/2 is HB3TI20
    TKC215/3 is HB3TI21

    You should be able to bring that up now, they probably both use the same grill element anyway 😀
