    The door handle has come off the wooden door on the built in dishwasher. How do I get the door off

    u might be able to help us by telling us what make/ model of machine it is.. is it integrated or semi integrated.. im sure it would help!!!

    It is Whirlpool and integrated.

    2 of the screws each side of the door and IIRC 2 more of the top screws around the door on a fully integrated. The outer panel will drop and inch or so as you close the door, then pull away. If you’re not sure which screws, you may be able to just see the edge of the brackets they hold by carefully looking between the door and the outer wood panel.
    Be careful though, some outer wood panels are darn heavy so be prepared to support it’s weight as you close the door 😉

    There are screws both sides of door but none at top. I notice there are 2 small plastic strips each side.

    Success. Found 2 screws both side that held door in place and able to fix handle.
