seems that wheels may be starting to wobble..?
4 engineers including myself left within the past 12 months, speaking to a few others who are in the final stages of leaving..
most of the electricians have left after the mega bucks offer failed to appear.
new pay deal a joke, many disgruntled employees, in fact i got a letter from the union 12 months after leaving..asking if i want to take industrial action..
doesn’t look good…
see what happens when you appoint people who haven’t a clue about the white goods industry..
fish out of water…in all that
