Hover nextra super silent fan

My hover nextra dishwasher seems to have developed a fault, the drying fan runs constantly while the machine is switched on?

has anyone seen this fault before?

is there a way to “hard reset the cpu etc?”

It seems it never “ends” the end led never comes on and the fan just keep on going…
