I’ve looked through some of the other threads of the same make and model and can’t find any similar problem, if there is one can someone point me in the direction of it otherwise can anyone help?

My Samsung SR-L3928B is about 6 years old. The fridge is on the the lowest temp setting (6 degress) but is still freezing the contents, not just items at the back but on all shelves. :rolls: I’ve placed a thermometer in there today and its’ running at 0 degrees, the freezer part is set to -17 and seems to fluctuate but has settled at -15 at the moment.

Can this problem be fixed? What cost am I looking at?

    Thanks in advance.

First things first – all these type of fridge-freezers are prone to freezing up. In your case this can lead to freezing cold air being ducted into the fridge area of the appliance. This is caused by the thermostatically operated diverter freezing open. Defrost the appliance, towels down first, and then restarting after 48 hours. If it goes back to normal operation thats you problem solved, if not you will need an engineer. You could try repairs@
