    Hi UKWG people,

I’ve got an old brown Creda Concept solarspeed oven. I can’t find an obvious model number, but on the rear there is an “Intallation Notes” sticker which has a number 4830-000770 at the bottom.

It’s the model with the “ceramic” hob, with one halogen unit, one dual ring radiant unit and two small single unit radiant units.
It has a small upper conventional oven/grill, and a large fan oven.
The dual ring unit was replaced some years ago by another halogen unit, when last serviced by the previous owner (the engineer couldn’t get a replacement dual element so put a halogen one in instead).

The problem is that the main oven fan motor seems to have failed. It struggles to turn – you can see it move slightly when the oven is switched on and it makes a slight humming noise.

    Two questions
Is it the fan that’s gone?
If it is, is the fan for this model still available (and from UKWG)?

    Any help gratefully appreciated..

Here is the one you need. http://tinyurl.com/2kq9l6

The fan securing nut is a left handed thread. 😉

Not a difficult swop, be sure to isolate from mains before attempting to change.
