My 350e vacuum cleaner appears to have died, but I’d like to get inside it to see if it’s something simple and mendable like a bad connection. But, having undone the only two screws that I can find, I still can’t get the housing off the electrical parts.

Does any kind soul here have access to a repair manual (the user manual doesn’t mention such things) or have any experience of this beast? It’s about 20 years old and has given sterling service, but is too strongly made to bend the plastic bits.

    Thanks in advance

    :eeek:

Sounds like you need some professional help. And I would recommend your local domestic appliance repair shop? 😉

I was thinking that the cost wouldn’t be worthwhile. Anyone know a reliable and honest repairer in the Reading area?

Thanks Don, I’ll check them out.

But I’d still prefer to get into the box myself, if I could work out how to open it. A bit embarrassing, really. 🙁
