    HI there

    Just after a bit of advice. I recently bought a house with a Diplomat Single Stainless Steel Electric Fan Oven : ADP3300 fitted, but it has become apparent that the Grill does not work.

    I’m fairly confident that the over/grill is under 12month old and was wondering if it would still be covered by the manufactures warranty. But as I did not originally by the over I dont know who to contact to enquiry about a claim.

    I was also wondering if the fault could a basic wiring fault that I could investigate myself but I have been unable to source a user manual.

    The fan oven works great, but I’m getting nothing form the grill, not even the little power light by the grills control knob.

    Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks James

    You had best ring MFI retail and explain to them, often with build ins the warranty is transferred. You may need serial number and the original owners name.
