I have a fitted Diplomat ADP8322. The other day i heard what sounded like something getting in the pump (a churning sound) then the electric tripped. The base of the machine was dripping wet. When I turned the machine on the water wasn’t draining. If i turn the dowhwasher on the elec trips out straight away.

Any ideas? Is it worth getting an engineer or do you think i should buy a new one? if i have to pay £180 for some guy to fix it i may as well get a new one for 250 with 5 years guarantee.

    thanks,
    Antony

Unlikey it will cost £180. You obviously have a leak and the water is getting on some of electrical parts. May only be a minor job and will be far cheaper than replacing an intergrated appliance.
