    Both fans, Grill and Timer seem to work ok.
    Fan Element at bottom of oven measures around 55 ohms. No sign of damage looks new.
    Have 230v on both connections of Fan Element but no voltage drop across?
    The earth return side of Fan Element goes into selecter switch on front (looking from back:-2nd pin from front on rhs) has no connection to any other pin so seems to be left floating? Any idea where it should get it’s earth return from? Selector duff? Or is a little knowledge a dangerous thing and I’m on completely the wrong track.

    Any help gratefully received.

    Totally wrong track. Checking wrong element! Found fan element and it’s duff.
