Customer has a Bosch washer WFL2463GB/12.
The wash/heat part of the cycle sometimes takes the proper time, sometimes takes up to an hour and a half, on any wash. An intermittent problem. It goes through the rest of the cycle (rinses and spin) with no problem or delay.
I have checked the heater, (it is heating OK), NTC, pressure system, and general wiring, and all seems OK.
I don’t want to just go buy a new PCB at £110 (not checked this visually, wondered if a dry joint on heater relay could be to blame..) without exploring all other possibilities. Maybe try changing the NTC?
Anyone know – is there a diagnostic pgm for this and other WFLs?
