    Whirpool side by side american fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. S20B. purchased June 2004.
    Water keeps freezing in the water dispenser.
    have had engineers out and ice cleared from water tubing, no apparent fault found. water continues to freeze in water tube just behind dispenser. need to keep removing control panel and insert wire to clear ice blockage.
    Has anyone else come across this?

    Insulation fault/failure of freezer door.
    Only known cure is a replacement door.

    HI
    HAVE TRIED THE HEATER BUTTON SITUATED IN THE ROOF OF DISPENSR SECTION.THIS WILL HELP WHEN ON.
    IF WATER PIPE IS ALREADY FROZEN THEN DEFROST IT FIRST OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A WHILE FOR TO DEFROST.

    IIRC that is to stop condensation on the freezer door 😕 don’t quote me on that.
