    Can anyone please tell me how to take the filter cap off, think it may be full of gunge but can’t undo it.Driving me mad!!
    Would be very grateful, lexy.

    It should just unscrew….. If it turns a little way and then stops, you have something jammed in the pump inlet. Pulling the pump and removing the hoses is the only way forward from there.

    Power off if you go that route,
