HOOVER HPB 145

HI can anybody find the part No for the the (timmer switch) I went to this job last week and the first problem I was the second engineer to look at this machine and costomer explained to me that that the man came removed the mod and took away returned the week after told her that the mod had been fixed charged her £79 and left without testing she told me that it filled up and then was stuck on prewash and wont do anything else I had a new mod on the van fitted it thinking that the problem switched on nothing at all not even the door locked didnt have interlock so bridged the lock still nothing next step timmer but cant find part no masterpart dont list the model cant find it anywere. Its the control switch and it has got a micro switch inside went to remove this and the whole thing fell apart in my hand.and I have lost the tiny ball bearings so time for a new one ❓
