Hi new here so be gentle!!
Ok I have the samsung srs 21 – the one with the drinks & ice dispensor and bar door.
I’ve had the engineer out a few times for problems with iced up fan and had the panel changed, and a new sensor etc. But now the freezer is playing up. I noticed the top shelves had frost on them and the temp reading was high (-8) – phoned the engineer and he advised me the ice door might be wedged open, but its not.
The whole system seems to be making a girgling noise!!! any help would be much appreciated. as I wanna get it fixed so I can ebay the lump of junk, so I can buy a reliable appliance instead!! – oh yes any ideas on that would be helpfull too.
Got my black sticky tape & a chizel to the ready!!! 😀

Its likely that you have the same problem that you had earlier but this time its with the freezer section. Before you take it further you must do the following – press in both top buttons on the display area and hold in. Keep holding these buttons in, the display will now flash, keep holding buttons in, the display goes blank. Now release the buttons and tell us which, if any, of the temperature segments are alight.
