    I got the early warning a good while back, sent off my cheque but not had the latest CD rom back yet, now when I open it it will not allow me access.

    😈

    Anyone received the latest disc yet?

    Just checked my online banking and the cheque has been cleared. 😕

    Got it ages ago Jim, sent cheque with order as ever but they have invoiced me for it instead. The cheque has not so far been cashed, yet years ago when I wanted it on account they would never do it for me.

    The annoying thing is, I have used FastTrak/Partfinder since its inception. I always send off the application for the, overpriced, limited information CD Rom as soon as it flags up in the software. I normally get the next edition within 4 weeks.

    I sent the cheque off 03/03/07 and my online banking informs me that it was only cleared on 16/04/07.

    Seems like I need to give them a call. :rolls:

    BTW Jim, as you told us earlier, it now works on the laptop OK without any fix’s.

    Finally got round to phoning them this morning, disc was posted out on 02/04/07. Sent to number 21 when I live at 31. 👿 The lady I spoke to admitted that the correct address was quite clear on the original order form.

    As it was addressed to my business and I work from home the folks down the road had no idea who it was for until I called round.
