    Hi all, went to this today, fault was water not being pumped up to container. removed the pump and found some bits that looked like they could have jammed the impellor otherwise looked okay. reassembled and left for customer to try.
    With a bit of luck its cured the fault but if i get a call back is it likely to be anything other than a faulty pump ?

    Hi they sometimes get blocked with fluff etc, I allways blow down the hose, pour some water down the hose then run it see if it pumps.

    If the bits that stopped the impellar looked like a button then it could be the pump impeller coming to pieces.
