    Customer has a stacking kit and the front felt seal is ripped. Wants repair but the drum front duct has to be converted from a metal duct to a plastic one with bearing pads fitted. What parts(kit) do i need to carry this out?

    Comes as a complete kit, including new drum, duct, stats, fan, back panel, seals, filter, etc, etc. My copy of Partfinder has locked out so I cannot check just now but it is around £50 or so for the kit, maybe more. 😥

    A big box. Where does the shaft washer go?

    i would think on the shaft, to keep the drum off the back panel, i really hope theyre not using that god awful vtd drum as a substitute
